Meet Studio Box

Studio Box is a service from Attended Events to help produce excellent virtual events. When bringing your presenters to a studio is not an option, we can bring the studio to them. Here’s how it works:

1. We ship the Studio Box to your presenter, complete with everything they need to build their own temporary studio.

2. We have a set up and testing call, where we talk your presenter through setting up the Studio Box equipment and make sure everything is in good working order for your virtual event.

3. Your presenter participates in your virtual event.

4. Your presenter packs everything back up and ships it back to us with the provided return shipping label.

What’s included in each studio box?

Ring Light and Stand

Great video starts with excellent lighting. Studio Box includes a high-quality ring light. The unique design of a ring light provides even light on both sides of the face and under the chin for even, forgiving light

Professional Video Camera

We’ve found webcams to be a bit lacking when you add quality lighting, so Studio Box includes a professional-grade video camera for a clear image of your guest. This also gives us the option to record locally on an SD card when high-quality footage is required.

wired lavalier microphone

Your audiences simply won’t tolerate poor audio, so we include a high-end wired lavalier microphone in each Studio Box.

wired IFB Earpiece

A discreet in-ear device, just like the news anchors wear, so your guest can hear your virtual event host or other guests without the risk of audio feedback.
